Job Summary
The Job Coach provides for the efficient, safe and effective operation of the retail location.
The Job Coach is to ensure that the services provided meet and exceed the customers’ expectations, business profitability and use of the site as a viable retail training venture.
This position has no supervisory duties.
Essential Duties
Provide individuals with continuous instructions for work specific to vocational growth and training objectives that guarantee and correspond with abilities and development.
Keep open communications with the Supported Employment Supervisor and other Job Coaches.
Understand and submit all paperwork as required by deadline including transportation paperwork, attendance, job coach notes, objective sheets, incident/accident reports, time studies and case management documentation
Execute and monitor contract requirements to ensure quality of workmanship and customer expectations are being satisfied
Qualifications/ Skills
Must be able to successfully pass a Live Scan background check.
Must have a California Driver’s License for at least 2 years with no major infractions in the last 4 years.
Obtain a high school diploma or GED.
Reliable transportation to and from work.
Ability to be flexible with your work schedule and work according to company needs.
Have patience, compassion, and ability to be a role model for adults with disabilities.

Compensation
The anticipated hiring range for this role is $18.
50-$20.
