Staff works in a low child-to-teacher ratio, where children learn through a play-based curriculum created with developmental practices with children’s interests in mind.
The starting position is 30 hours a week until July when the position becomes full-time employment.
Applicants must have a degree in Child Development, Human Development, Psychology, Sociology, or Liberal Studies with a minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education units.
You should also have strong leadership skills, be organized, energetic, reliable, self-directed, resourceful, and have computer skills, and excellent interpersonal relationship skills.
Most importantly, you should have a love for children and a desire to continue learning.
