Activity Program Instructors

NCI Affiliates, Inc has served the Central Coast for over 50 years by providing services that encourage and support individuals with disabilities in achieving their personal and professional goals.
We are currently seeking Day Program & Activity Instructors for our Activity Center in Paso Robles.
This is a Monday-Friday position with both full-time and part-time openings available.
Typical schedule would fall between the hours of 8:45 am and 3:30 pm with 8 paid Holidays per year! Responsibilities Provide continuous instruction for independent community and vocational skills objectives that correspond with individuals' abilities and development.
Ensure compliance with Individual's ISP and services stated in the Service Design, and supply instructions and techniques as necessary.
Teach and promote proper activities and appropriate use of time.
Coordinate, document, and review activity schedules for individuals served.
Instruct individuals on achieving and maintaining adaptive skills and appropriate behaviors.
Qualifications Valid California driver's license (driving is required for this position) Ability to pass a LiveScan background check Reliable transportation Patience, compassion, and ability to be a role model for adults with disabilities Compensation Anticipated hiring range is $18.
