Role/ Key Qualifications
The Braided Day Instructor is to guarantee services received meet the company’s Service Design and meet the expectations of Individuals served.
Instructors provide training in community integrated settings that relate to the person-centered goals of the participants in the community-based program.
This position has no supervisory duties.
Ensure compliance with company programs, practices, and policies specific to program and client management
Provide individuals with continuous instructions for independent community and vocational skills objectives that guarantee and correspond with abilities and development.
Ensure compliance with Individual’s ISP and services stated in the Service Design.
Supply instructions and techniques as considered necessary by the Individual’s ISP.
Teach and endorse the proper activities, along with the suitable use of time.
Qualifications/ Skills
Must be able to successfully pass a background check.
Must have a California Driver’s License for at least 2 years with no major infractions in the last 4 years.
Obtain a high school diploma or GED.
Reliable transportation to and from work.
Ability to be flexible with your work schedule and work according to company needs.
Have patience, compassion, and ability to be a role model for adults with disabilities

Compensation
The anticipated hiring range for this role is $19.
00 - $21.
