Costco fire pit and furniture - $1,000 (SLO)

This set of furniture was purchased from Costco a couple of years ago.
It is the nice stuff that they have available in the store.
The fire pit still works.
The furniture is in good condition, but the cushions could use getting reupholstered.
They are still OK but there are a couple of corners that got torn.
Both of the chairs are swivel rockers.
The fire pit uses the traditional can of propane and is easy to change out.
