In need of clothing (Arroyo Grande)

I'm in desperate need of women's clothing.
I moved here from Oregon because my daughter died and I chose to stay and be a help to my other daughter and grandkids.
I'm on a strict budget due to paying bills at two homes, one here and the other in Oregon.
I came with just a suitcase and I've lost a tone of weight I'm currently sizes: Medium large tops Medium, small bottoms 25-27 waist 7 half 8 in a half shoes.
I need shoes, my walking shoes fell apart at the laundry mat.
A warmer coat would be so appreciated.
