Housing /trade for work or rental (Paso Robles)

Hey everyone hope all is well, I'm looking for a studio/apartment with one bed one bath, currently going through a divorce and I need a stable place so my 10th month old can have a safe place to visit,I have a full time job so im at work during most of the day off on the weekends unless im asked to work, I keep to myself and im respectful towards other people, not a smoker and don't hang out with anyone, just work sleep and time with my son, I'm handy with tools i know how to do alot of stuff, so I can be a live in ranch hand if needed.
feeding , cleaning pens, fence building, my rent budget is $1,000.
