Storm Damage Control (San Luis Obispo and Surrounding)

Need some help either storm-proofing or -damage repairs ASAP at a reasonable rate? I’m creative, experienced and motivated builder that cleared my schedule to help my fellow community members with anything related to our first storm of the season.
Anything from simple preventive waterproofing and sandbagging to roof repair leaks while it’s pouring out to flood control and environmental remediation, tree work or fencing.
