Beach Yoga (Grover Beach)

Join us on the beach and enjoy an all levels yoga class designed to help you slow down, breath deeply and find your inner peace.
You will be guided through mindful breath practice and gentle stretches leaving you feeling rejuvenated, restored and ready to enjoy your weekend!
