Private Yoga Classes

Hello Central Coast! My name is Anthony and I will be more than glad to guide you and your family/ friends through a 1 hour yoga flow for beginners and seasoned yogis.
Brand new Yogis welcome! I will be able to teach you the basics of yoga and how it can improve your physical and mental health.
We will be going through a simple and effective flow of poses that will leave you feeling open in the hips/lower back as well as empowered through multiple strength building yoga poses.
