Yoga for healing - with over 10 years as an instructor, certified in Trauma Informed Yoga, I am offering a specialized practice of yoga for those looking to use yoga for healing, both physically and emotionally.
I work with individuals looking to either begin their practice in a private setting, or address specific issues.
