- Business Day to Day Operations: Management, daily operations.
- Data Entry: Fast and efficient data entry.
- Database Management: Creating and updating databases of all employees, vendors and clients.
- Financial: Creating, editing and updating projections and budgets
- Inventory Management: Creating and updating inventory databases.
- Other skills include all standard office skills such as scanning, filing, organizing, computer skills, customer support and phone support.
- Project Management and Team Management
- Research: Able to easily locate and research information.
- Sales/marketing: Creating and implementing sales and marketing strategies
- Social media: Creating and managing content, creating and managing websites, creating and editing videos/content.
- Strong Communication: I am prompt with responding.
I am diligent with follow-ups and responses and I have excellent client retention skills
- Very Computer Savvy: Experience with Microsoft Suite, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Publisher & Outlook as well as most other software including web-based
