HANDYMAN WANTED (Grover Beach)

Fast Pace real estate company needing additional workers for handyman jobs.
Must know all forms of maintenance.
Putting in dishwashers, ceiling fans, patch walls, painting, removal of carpets, light electrical work, light plumbing such as removing toilets and replacing them, and other general items for handyman.
If a license is required for a job a licensed vendor will be called out to the job.
Must leave job site clean remove all equipment and tools ready for housekeeping to come in.
Must be willing to work when called.
Hours will increase upon seeing your completed work.
Willing and able to do bids and invoicing.
Payday is every Monday and depending on job depends on work pay.
Jobs go from $35 an hour and higher depending on the job.
Must be willing to work by not only hourly but the job itself.
