We have close to 2 acres of beautiful land that could be used for various agricultural ventures.
It is fenced, has a water/hose hookup and includes a seasonal pond.
The area is both flat and gently hilly; shady and sunny.
It has many trees.
There is also a large coop as well as a space that could be used as a small orchard or vineyard.
If you have a legal permit or license to grow cannabis, that is also possible.
We have frequently rented it as a horse or goat pasture, but it has other uses.
We own and live on the property, as do our tenants, which is 5 acres total.

We may be interested in a situation where we lease you the land in return for a portion of profits.
We also have a smaller, fenced corral that could be used for horses.
It, too, has access to water, sun and shade.
