```Duties```
- Drafting Estate Plan documents;
-Filing and assisting with the administration of probates;
- Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, such as pleadings, contracts, and briefs
- Organize and maintain legal files and documents
- Answering the telephone, schedule appointments, meetings, and court hearings
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in legal matters
- Perform data entry and maintain databases of case information including time keeping with CLIO;
```Requirements```
- Proven experience as a paralegal or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
Note: A paralegal certification or degree in paralegal studies may be required for some positions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.
