Paralegal/Legal Assistant

```Duties``` We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Paralegal/Legal Assistant.
In this role, you will provide essential support to our legal team by communicating with clients, assisting with administrative tasks, and drafting legal documents.
Responsibilities: - Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases - Assist with the preparation of legal documents, such as pleadings - Organize and maintain legal files and documents - Assist attorneys in preparing for trials and hearings by preparing trial exhibits - Draft correspondence and communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel - Assist in the management of case files and deadlines - Perform administrative tasks, such as filing, scheduling appointments, and answering phone calls Skills: - Strong knowledge of legal research methods and resources - Proficient in legal administrative tasks - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation - Familiarity with legal drafting techniques - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Knowledge of litigation procedures and processes - Experience gathering relevant information to complete financial disclosures If you are a motivated individual with a passion for the law and a desire to contribute to a dynamic legal team, we encourage you to apply for the position of Paralegal/Legal Assistant.
