Job Overview: Full-time, in person (not virtual) staff paralegal position in fast paced 20+ attorney criminal law firm contracted with County of San Luis Obispo as primary public defenders for the indigent.
Would also be working with a team of three other paralegals and a great team of investigators.
Must meet educational requirements to practice as paralegal in California.
Familiarity with criminal defense preferred, but will train motivated candidate.
Law office experience a plus.
Work includes a variety of substantive and procedural assignments involving California statutes and case law, as well as federal and state constitutional issues.
Salary commensurate with experience.
