The Management, HR and Information Systems Area in the Orfalea College of Business at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, invites applicants for a tenure-track, academic year position at the rank of Assistant Professor in the primary area of Strategic Management.
Interest and ability to teach both undergraduate and graduate (MBA) level classes is desirable.
Rank and salary are commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Appointment at the Assistant Professor rank is anticipated;, the anticipated hiring range is $122,900 to $135,800.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS A doctorate or equivalent degree in Business with an emphasis in Strategic Management or closely related field from an AACSB or equivalent accredited institution.

Demonstrated experience and commitment to student-centered learning and teaching, as well as the ability to collaboratively work in multidisciplinary settings is required.
Demonstrated proficiency in written and oral use of the English language is required.
