Supervises and delegates care responsibilities to nursing and ancillary personnel, commensurate with their scope of practice.
Promotes the use of best practices in the delivery of patient care.
Facilitates Lean Daily Management activities.
Works collaboratively with leadership to promote professional nursing practice and behavior.
Qualifications Required Training/Education/Experience/Certification: Minimum two year's previous NICU experience.
Desired Training/Education/Experience/Certification: BSN RNC Previous charge nurse experience acute care setting Analytical and grammatical skills are necessary to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
Organizational and multi-tasking skills are essential.
Must be fluent in spoken and written English.
Must be able to fulfill the essential functions of the position.
