Starting Pay: $75-100k base salary 20-30% target profit sharing Comprehensive benefits Paid time off Job Type: Full-time, executive level Job Summary: We are seeking a General Manager to lead our upcoming opening of the latest Lure Fish House restaurant in San Luis Obispo, CA.
The ideal candidate will be best-in-class in taking care of guests, have a passion for seafood, and a track record of successfully leading high-performing teams for both top-line sales and bottom-line profits.
As an integral member of our leadership team, the General Manager will oversee 100+ staff members, manage the full P&L, and drive innovation across all 7 Lure Fish House locations.

Requirements: At least 3 years in a General Manager or similar executive-level role Experience with grand openings, including staffing a restaurant from scratch Working with a restaurant group with multiple locations is preferred Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
