*Job Summary: *Responsible for providing excellent customer service and managing daily operations including staff management.

* Assist with hot tubs, spa, and gift shop operations
Oversees Bike Rentals
Oversees staff
Provide training and coaching to staff
Supports staff at peak times and undertake any operational duty to ensure customer expectations are met (i.
e.
answering phones, booking spa appointments, cash handling, etc.
)
Maintain strong communication within the department
Ensures employees adhere to company policies
Solve guests complaints and misunderstandings to customer satisfaction
Ensure clients safety, comfort, and well-being
Perform all other duties as requested by manager
QUALIFICATIONS:

* Must be able to work holidays, weekends and 3-4 evening shifts from 3:30pm-12:00am
* Develop knowledge in POS and Reservations Program
* RBS Certification
