Plant Manager - Concrete Batch

*\*\*\*\*Salary is open, depending on experience\*\*\*\** Position is responsible for the operation and maintenance of a concrete batch plant.
A plant manager is responsible for the accurate weighing and mixing of aggregates, cement, and water to produce concrete that conforms to specifications.
May require the ability to repair machinery, using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.
Job requires supervision of drivers and the ability to manage multiple deliveries.
*Job Duties:* * Start Up / Shut Down * Time management * Accurate record keeping * Pro-active truck tracking * Safety - Must perform plant inspections.
* Tail gate meetings * Preventative maintenance * Mechanically inclined * Oversee all plant operations; coordinate and monitor daily workload throughout the plant; monitor plant cleanliness.
* Ensure that all products meet 100% total quality requirements; ensure all equipment is working properly; complete all required reports timely and accurately; inform proper personnel of any quality problems that need resolving.
* Responsible for holding safety meetings; Must ensure that all company safety regulations and policies are always followed.
* Supervision of drivers and the ability to manage multiple deliveries.
