Restaurant Supervisor

We're seeking a dynamic Supervisor to oversee all aspects of our restaurant, with a primary focus on the kitchen operations.
Your role involves ensuring the seamless day-to-day functioning of the restaurant, working collaboratively with the staff to complete tasks and uphold customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: * Foster a productive work environment by ensuring daily procedures and checklists are consistently executed.
* Uphold order processing standards and co-develop standardized processes and procedures.
* Address customer complaints and actively contribute to operational improvements.
* Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Chowa's food and beverage offerings.
* Educate staff on Chowa's food and beverage preparation and address food allergies.
* Uphold cleanliness standards and enforce food control and safety regulations.
* Oversee opening and closing functions and step in where necessary to maintain operational efficiency and guest service standards.
* Enforce Chowa rules and personnel policies, motivating and ensuring employee attendance.
* Ensure food quality standards are met and regularly visit tables to gauge customer satisfaction and order accuracy.
Skills: * Strong hands-on work ethic.
* Minimum of 5 years of restaurant experience.
* Proven supervisory experience in a restaurant setting.
* Fluency in both Spanish and English.
* Strong organizational skills.
* Problem-solving aptitude.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Ability to assess customer satisfaction and responsiveness.
* Enforce company policies regarding attendance.
* Accountability in maintaining inventory and processing payments.
