*Education/Training/Experience:*
* Graduate of a College of Pharmacy with a Doctorate Degree.
* Minimum of five years of hospital pharmacy experience or three years of prior managerial experience in pharmacy.
* Proficient in Excel, WordPerfect, and Word software.
*Licenses/Certifications:*
* Valid California State Board of Pharmacy License in good standing.
*Skills and Certifications:*
* California Pharmacist License
* 5 years of hospital pharmacist experience or 3 years of managerial experience in hospital pharmacy.
