Blast & Brew - Central Coast Kitchen & Brewery is coming to Atascadero! We have an outstanding opportunity for a hospitality professional to join our team in Atascadero as the General Manager.
These are some of the qualities we are looking for: - Successful experience as a General Manager in a high-volume restaurant / Bar / Brewery - A great "Can Do" attitude - Able to develop and motivate a staff to provide great hospitality - Able to drive sales and have a firm understanding of a hospitality P&L - High energy to tackle each day with the successes and challenges that will come - A desire to grow within a larger Central Coast company - Full availability to work weekdays and weekends We offer a great place to grow right here on the Central Coast.
