Group Home Supervisor

We serve 200 people from Paso Robles to Santa Maria.
Daily, we improve the lives of those we serve.
We are currently looking for a new Program Supervisor for one of our group homes in Atascadero.
This supervisor would be trained and learn the licensing requirements for the California Department of Public Health as they apply to this program.
The program supervisor is responsible for : - Ensuring the individuals' rights are being protected and their needs met - Supervising staff and ensuring staffing is available according to the needs and regulations of the program - Planning activities and scheduling staff - Scheduling doctors appointments and ensuring healthcare needs are met - Attending planning meetings, and ensuring paperwork is completed, filed, and up to date - Ensuring the cleanliness of the home and that the facilities meet licensing requirements - On-call duties for one week approximately every 8 weeks Supervisors also provide direct support and training to the individuals and spend approximately 25% of their work week engaged in working directly with the adults with intellectual disabilities that we serve.
The work schedule for this position is typically Monday-Friday 8:30a-5p, however, other days and hours may be needed to train staff, etc.
OPTIONS offers a full benefit package (medical/dental/vision) as well as 16 days of PTO annually.
The starting rate for this position is $25.
01 per hour.
The higher end of the range is for employees who have been in the position for several years.
