Who We Are Seeking:
A guest-oriented Floor Manager to execute our company’s core belief that taking pride in our staff and service creates an exceptional food and beverage experience.
Floor Managers should also have the experience to efficiently handle all aspects of day-to-day restaurant operations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Essential functions of the job include, but are not limited to, utilizing company-provided management resources and leading practices centered around guest service on each shift, taking an active role in staff development, and managing general business operations under the guidance of the General Manager.
WAGES
We take pride in offering a competitive wage as well as annual wage increases based on performance.
The hourly wage for this position is $26-$30 plus incentives.

High School Diploma or GED
Previous Restaurant Experience
Prior Work as a Manager or Supervisor

Passion for Food and Beverage
Ability to Work 8+ Hour Shifts
Strong Organizational and Communication Skills
