Duties
Directs or performs a variety of functions to provide administrative support for Installation Morale, Welfare, and Recreation Fund Activities.
Makes required changes to procedures and recommends changes to policy.
Coordinates non-appropriated and appropriated fund requests using the applicable personnel automated system.
Monitors and updates TDA and/or PRD.
Validates operational workload data.
Accumulates and provides statistical analysis in the form of charts and narratives, as required.
Assists with Commercial Sponsorships and/or Gift Coordination and coordinating special events.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements Conditions of Employment Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
A one year probationary period may be required.
Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
Driver's License will be required if operating a government vehicle for travel purposes.
Shift will usually be Monday-Friday 0730-1630.
May need to work different shifts, weekends and holidays in support of special events.
