Requirements
Proven 3-5 years of recent, full-time experience
Ability to effectively communicate (written and verbal) with customers, managers and co-workers.
Valid Driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
Work with crane operators to help properly stage and position equipment.
EPA Universal Certification
Proven proficiency with AC, mini-split, and heat pump installation skills is a must.
Knowledge of proper electrical and HVAC safety
Required to train install Apprentices through the HVAC installation process
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities Document service and installation by completing applicable forms, reports, logs, and records.
