General Manager

We are seeking a General Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the Restaurant team.
Responsibilities: * Supervise team of Restaurant workers * Supervise, other managers including Hospitality and Kitchen * High volume sales for breakfast and lunch * Open from 6 am to 3 pm daily * Be home for dinner every night * Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency * Train and evaluate employees * Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting * P&L and food ordering experience * Efficient in using computer, and all office programs * Resolve escalated customer complaints ​Qualifications: * Previous General Manager or higher position experience in high-volume full-service restaurant, * Expert in food and guest building relationship * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment * Excellent written and communication skills * Strong leadership qualities * Able to lead a team without supervision Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.
00 - $70,000.
