Responsibilities:
CRM Management: Be the custodian of our CRM platform, ensuring impeccable data management and supporting client relationships through structured systems.
Quality Assurance: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing and overseeing QA protocols.
Project Management Support: Provide pivotal support to the project management team, facilitating the smooth progression and timely delivery of projects.
Inventory Management: Oversee office inventory by meticulously tracking supplies and ensuring the ready availability of necessary materials.
Material Delivery: On occasion, safely deliver materials to job sites
Excel Mastery: Utilize expert Excel skills to maintain databases, manage project schedules, and create efficient reporting structures.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in office management or a related role, with a track record of enhancing operational efficiency.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfortable learning new software, including CRM systems.
Physical Fitness: A plus if you can leverage physical strength in the role, particularly in fulfilling material delivery duties.
Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail to maintain high standards in inventory management and CRM data accuracy.
Self-Driven: An intrinsic motivation to excel, taking initiative and proactively addressing needs.

Salary and Benefits:
Employment Type: Part-time Starting at 8-12 hours/week.
