1982 Honda Ascot FT500 Single Cylinder $1200 OBO (Good Condition) Year: 1982 Make: Honda Model: Ascot FT500 Color: Red Mileage: 27,300 Condition: Good Asking $1200 OBO Heading off to college soon and gotta sell this fun little, single cylinder thumper.
I believe I was the second owner, and have kept the bike in a garage.
This is an old motorcycle (older than me) so there is certainly some cosmetic wear to the finish - but most people are excited it still has the side covers and original stickers.
THE GOOD: Within the last ~1000 miles I have done the following.

- Changed air filter - Changed oil and oil filter - Re-jetted carburetor - Replaced chain - Replaced tires - Replaced handlebar grips - Replaced oil drain bolt (old one was stripped) - Replaced steering head bearings THE BAD: - It was too rainy to ride up in NorCal where I had the bike over winter, so it has sat since early December - Rear break is sticky/seized (pads and rotor are easily replaceable since they are both wear items) - Battery needs to be replaced $1200 or make me an offer.
