Hi! We’re looking for either a guitar or bass player that can provide harmony vocals to round out our promising new group.
A female vocalist would be RAD and really open up musical possibilities, but a male vocalist with a higher tenor range would be AWESOME as well! Will consider vocalist only, bassist only, guitarist only… but we’re trying to keep the lineup tight.
We’re three guys in the 35-40 age range with lots of experience playing in bands - guitarist/keyboardist/vocalist, guitarist/bassist/vocalist, and a drummer.
Someone in the ballpark of our age would be preferred (25-50ish?).
The bandleader is currently fronting the band, but we’re open to sharing lead vocals, incorporating your material, etc.

The vision for the band is a fresh take on late 60s/early 70s classic rock, with touches of jammy psychedelia, indie garage rock, Memphis soul, southern rock, funk, 70s proto-punk, etc.
Some influences: Delaney & Bonnie, Exile-era Stones, the Faces, Alabama Shakes, T.
Rex, New York Dolls, STAX soul, Black Crowes, Sly & the Family Stone, Allman Brothers, WAR, Flamin’ Groovies, the Stooges, the Strokes, Richie Havens, King Tuff, many more…
The bandleader has an album of material, tons of back catalog tunes, and more new songs coming all the time.
We also plan to add covers that fit the vibe… but we want to dig deeper and avoid the kind of stuff every cover band plays.
We currently rehearse in SLO.
Members live in SLO, Grover Beach, and Orcutt.
We’d love to play all around SLO county and north Santa Barbara county.
2-3 hour paid gigs are the goal, but we’ll probably start out with shorter sets playing with other bands.
