24 hour music space for single musician or two small drum kit possible

24/7 small rehearsal space slot for one or two musicians open now: We have a very cool but real small jam space at the saucepot and 1 or 2 of our collective musicians are moving on and so we have a limited space / slot open for the right musician(s).
One drum kit is already slotted and can accommodate a drummer who is good with an OCP 4 piece kit setup, double pedal brass snare china, and also enough room for a smaller jazz sized kit.
Our collective is very chill and everyone using the space is easy going and great to work with.
We are open for a couple more musicians to take spots which allow for 24/7 jams/rehearsals with a pa mixer and drum set and some other minor gear, with some room for equipment to stay in the space (amp/half stack/bass rig etc) but not much more.

Rate is very cheap since we already have a few musicians contributing so we keep rent low so it benefits everyone who uses the space.
