Found Orange Cat, Friendly (Grover Beach)

Found orange cat, in Grover Beach, Dec 4, 2023.
Near Grand Ave and 14th.
Very friendly, used to being around people, talks a lot, likes lounging, laying on back.
When found this cat is very skinny, no micro chip.
End of cat's tail appears broken.
Not sure if cat is male or female, looks like a boy cat.
