Chocolate Lab (Atascadero)

Spayed 4 year old chocolate lab offered for rehoming.
We have had her since 8 weeks old.
She is a purebred lab but not AKC registered.
Her hips were checked and are fine.
The reason we are rehoming is because one of our kids has been diagnosed with an allergy to both cats and dogs.
She is fantastic with both kids and loves other dogs.
She is crate trained as well as house trained.
She knows the basic commands.
She is a great family dog.
She does need a good size yard and is used to sleeping indoors.
She would probably prefer to be in a home with other dogs or with kids.
She is excellent at retrieving anything, especially on water.
She is an avid swimmer and would be truly exceptional as a hunting dog.
The downside is that, although she loves to go on walks, she pulls and is very strong so walking her can be difficult.
I am sure someone with more dog training skills could teach her not to pull but I have not succeeded on that.
