2 Year old Male African Grey (GROVER BEACH)

I have a tame African Grey for re-homing.
He says "hello", "how are you", "Are you okay", "pretty bird", "step up", "kiss", "go outside " amongst other phrases.
I will be relocating and will no longer have the time necessary to give this type of parrot the attention it needs.
If you don't have experience with parrots then don't reply as I will be asking for you experience history.
He is a great companion and needs someone who is able to provide him with the time needed.
He comes with his cage, play stand carrier, toys and food.
There is a rehoming fee.
If you know about these birds then expect him to have a respectable fee.
