Husky momma needs foster or adopt today

Rescued from euthanasia list in Bakersfield, had a foster lined up then after one night she quit as foster.
She doesn't want to touch or associate with the dog.
The dog is sweet but super scared and probably has never been in a house before.
I can take care of the cost of food and harness and what not but need a place for her to go today to a person that has patience and love to give her so she sees not all humans are terrible.
Please help.
