Seeking a temporary Foster home (San Luis Obispo)

I'm seeking a temporary Foster home for a small/medium dog and a cat.
Both are neutered.
An adult environment would be better, on the quieter side.
The dog would love to be in the presence of someone all day and night and would delight in attention.
He could also use someone that is patience whom might be able to teach him better behavior.
He was a late starter and late on social but has come along way.
He is better when not around other dogs and or smaller may go better with supervision.
I am having some changes and could use some hands free time if possible.
Otherwise someone with a structure may be a workable alternative to house them.
