Rehoming - 13 year old Manx cat (San Luis Obispo)

Hello, we are rehoming this sweet Manx kitty named Muffin.
We got her from the previous owners of a home we purchased in Ojai, but we have since had to move and are not allowed to have cats.
:( She is approximately 13 years old (at least).
Has recently been updated on all of her shots.
She loves to cuddle humans, but is not cuddly with other pets (although, she does tolerate from a distance).
