Commercial Property Management Assistant

Responsibilities: - Support property management tasks such as rent collection, lease renewals, and responding to tenant inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of tenant information, insurance, leases, and contracts using property management software like RentManager and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Coordinate property maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues.
- Handle data entry tasks related to tenant information, rent payments, and property expenses.
- Assist in managing customer relationships by providing excellent customer service to tenants and addressing their needs promptly.
- Confidentiality and discretion are a must Requirements: - Proficiency in property management software such as RentManager for maintaining property records.
- Knowledge of property leasing processes and procedures.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships with tenants.
- Experience in data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Ability to assist with contract administration and property maintenance tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous office or administrative experience in a real estate or property management setting is preferred.
