As the Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day operations, supporting agents, and ensuring smooth office functioning.
Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-Day Agent Management and Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the office, including coordinating agent schedules, managing office supplies, and ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for clients and staff.
2.
Agent and Listing Management: Handle input, updating, and management of listings in MLS and dashboards.
Assist agents with listing coordination and provide support with documentation and paperwork.
3.
Agent Commission Disbursement: Verify and confirm agent commission disbursements in compliance with company policies and procedures.
4.
Marketing Assistance:Provide marketing support by creating and coordinating postcards, brochures, listing signs, and open house signs.
Assist with agent listing and open house social media marketing efforts.
5.
Office Meetings: Organize and schedule office meetings, including coordinating guest speakers and setting up agendas.
Assist with follow-up actions and scheduling.
6.
Website Management: Maintain and update the company website with new listings and agent information.
Ensure accuracy and relevancy of content at all times.
7.
Daily Office Operations: Manage phone coverage, handle incoming and outgoing mail, and oversee email communication.
Provide administrative support to agents and staff as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar office management or administrative role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Proficiency with MLS systems and real estate software (willing to train).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic website management tools.
