*Job Description*
*Job Summary*
Assistant Residential Property Manager: aid manager in the day-to-day financial operations of the 146-unit apartment complex, including finding and placing qualified tenants, and ensure the property is in good working order.
*Principal Duties*
_Tenant Relations_ –with management encourage develop rental agreements, select qualified tenants, collect deposits and rents, enforce terms of rental agreements, resolve tenant complaints, oversee eviction proceedings if necessary.
_Facilities Management_ – assist with scheduling maintenance and repairs, negotiate contracts with vendors, regularly inspect property to ensure it is in good working order, quickly resolve to emergency maintenance issues.
_Financial Reporting_ – help keep financial records from property operations, create monthly financial reports for property owner.
_Marketing_ – support in keeping property occupied with qualified tenants through advertising, lead follow up, property showings for prospective tenants.
_Owner Relations_ – take part in keeping open dialogue with property owner on vacancies, tenants, physical condition of property, financial issues.
*Knowledge & Skills Needed*
· Strong interpersonal & business communication skills
· High level of organization and attention to detail
· Competence with office management software - Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft 365
· Knowledge of financial reporting

*Salary Range*
Negotiable depending on experience.
