Handyman job available.
Applicant must have experience with doing basic repair tasks, have their own tools, have a clean driving record and with current insurance, complete a background check, have a work truck or other work vehicle, have good communication skills-both verbal and written and be good with customers and property owners.
Basic repairs would include painting, patching drywall, installing toilets, sinks, garbage disposals, repairing wood fences, repairing screens, sprinklers-etc.
We are growing property management inc that currently had other handymen but are in need of 1 to 2 more.
