Hi there and hope you are doing well! Very experienced local developer looking for a potential partner (or two) to build a mutually beneficial relationship turning properties into cash flowing assets.
All size projects considered and will be thoroughly discussed & reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Someone somewhat experienced in investing is preferred.
We have done this several times and have always had a positive experience with everyone involved.
Again, each project is on a case-by-case basis and will be discussed as potential deals arise.
