Hi, I'm an average 32 year old guy.
I'm partially disabled and have some trouble consistently working a full 9-5 job.
I receive a limited income via sdi.
I plan to work part time again soon.
My disability is not a physical one but can be just as debilitating.
I'm seeking a private room to rent with either a kitchenet or kitchen access and a bathroom that has a shower that works.
I don't have very much income.
So, I'm hoping someone out there is kind enough to offer sliding scale rent at around $200 per month to start or temporarily at least.
I'm also willing to do some work around the house and or yard.
I like living in a comfy and friendly environment that is at least comfortably clean and organized.
I wash my dishes and I don't leave my things everywhere in the house.
I like to keep my room clean when I live in a room.
I've been living in my truck and couch surfing on and off for about the passed 5 years.
I'm fully ready to live under a roof with walls and doors again.

Here's a bit about me as a person.
I like hiking, and playing music.
I play piano, sing vocals in a choir setting sometimes, and now I dabble on the guitar and banjo also.
I don't own any of those instruments myself.
So, you dont have to worry about annoying practice times.
I'm an artist.
I like painting, drawing, jewelry making, etc.

I'm a regular chill guy and I enjoy good conversation as well as a good amount of time to myself alone.
I like to think of myself as balanced and some what of a well rounded person.
I love animals but have no pets of my own.
I am a smoker but don't like to smoke inside.
I enjoy cannabis as a medical and recreational smoker.
I don't usually ever drink, but if i do I enjoy 1 quality beer (rarely).
I have some friends and enjoy hanging out with them (usually at their place).
I don't party like its 1999 but I like intimate get togethers with close personal friends.
I'm ok with not being allowed guests though.
I play video games, and watch movies.
I love gardening, specifically planting and caring for succulents umong other plants of various types.
I do have some succulent plants at my moms.
I would love to relocate them to a new and beautiful garden or patio somewhere with a cool person or people there to enjoy them as well.
I get along with most people.
My disability is one of a mental psychological one.
I struggle with severe anxiety and sometimes depression along with some hallucinatory symptoms that get me kinda confused sometimes.
That's all about me.
I hope since you've read this far, you might be just the kind of person that I would want to live with.
Probably you are kind hearted and open minded enough to accept what I can afford for rent as well.
