I am a woman in her early 30's looking for an affordable studio, in-law unit, or private bedroom/bathroom to rent in Grover Beach.
I moved to Grover Beach very recently as I accepted a job offer working in administration.
Unfortunately, my current living situation is not working out, and I am once again looking for a place to call home.
I am looking to either live on my own or rent a private bedroom/bathroom in a house or apartment with someone who is understanding of SHARED living spaces.
A lot of people on this website seem to be asking for a lot of money but expecting you to not have any freedom in the shared space.
If it is a shared living space, I am hoping to find a woman in her 30's (or 20's) who is kind, down-to-earth, respectful, clean, and understands that if we are both paying rent, it is a shared home.
I do not smoke, drink, or party.
I am quiet, clean, respectful, and have a positive rental history.
I am new to the area, and I am still exploring and finding all of my favorite places, but in my free time, I like to go on long walks with my dog, spend as much time as possible at the beach, do puzzles, read, learn a new recipe, or just watch a movie and chill.
Along with me comes my small Maltese dog (he is roughly 8 lbs).
His name is Bolek, and he is very well-behaved and trained (he has been trained at a dog school).
He is the sweetest boy, well socialized, and gets along well with other people and pets.
He is potty trained, crate trained, and does not bark randomly at noises outside.
I go to work from 9-5pm, Monday to Friday, so if I were to share the home, I am looking for someone who loves dogs and would be ok with Bolek having access to the home while I'm away (basically I don't want him to always be locked in my room just because I'm at work).
I did not write a budget because I am quite flexible, and ultimately, I am looking for a good fit where I can feel safe and put down roots in Grover Beach.
