Looking for room for rent - Furnished or unfurnished is okay (San Luis Obispo)

Looking for a room for rent until the fall 2024 school season starts up.
I'm 38, keep to myself, and just looking for a chill place to hang my shoes up at the end of the day, so to speak.
I do not smoke nor vape, but I am fine if others do.
I do not have any pets, but love them and am dog and cat friendly.
I do not date, almost never invite people over, and I keep to myself.
I am looking for a place in the SLO and 5 Cities area.
