Needing a share Home and or RV longterm spot on private land (Northern coastal cities only in slo or monterey)

Yes the pressure is on from this cruelest county ( Slo) to Vacate the " temporary RV parking lot for which they received mega bucks to support and find places for people to live.
And they havnt done that, but want to close up the site I WILL Not sign for the $1000 bribe they've presented ,for one it wouldn't go far.
$600 or less is all that's affordable to me I really need some house privileges like some cooking, bath, closet space and a bed would be nice.
I have no heating Im a sweet, intelligent senior gal, non smoker or any of the nasty crap been forced into this.
Close to 8 years already.
Need some compassion.
Trees and a Gardening area appreciated.
There's got to be somewhere to go !! West of the Grade only.
