20-something working professional looking for a new place! (San Luis Obispo)

Hello! I'm a young professional working full time that's looking for a new housing situation.
I'm clean, courteous, a non-smoker, have no pets but am open to those who do, and am generally quiet.
In search of a space anywhere from SLO to AG.
Looking for a minimum of a private bedroom, hopefully a location with an outdoor space, and ideally a month-to-month lease, but open to different options.
My budget is around $1,200.
I work in an outdoor-related field and love spending my free time out in nature.
A shared living situation with like-minded people would be ideal.
